Same Day Delivery

FREE OF CHARGE delivery as standard for next day and any future date delivery for all floral giftware within a 5 mile radius. Same day delivery is chargeable at £4.00 and must be received by 12pm GMT. Orders received after this time will be automatically delivered the next working day.

PLEASE NOTE: orders placed on the same day - we do not honour AM delivery which is charged at £10.00. Please do not select this option as delivery payment can not be refunded.

Delivery Days

We deliver flowers from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Charges

• Free Local Delivery Area
  B31, B45, B60, B61, B62 & DY9.

• We also deliver outside of this area to B17, B29, B64, B63, B32, B48, DY10 & WR9
  However, these areas are subject to an out of area surcharge. If you would like to place an order for these areas please call the shop on: 0121 453 2234, we will happy to quote you for a delivery charge, subject to workload capacity. 

Funeral Tribute Delivery Charges

Please ensure in the delivery notes you have documented the exact time the flowers are to delivered to your chosen location. Due to funeral flower tributes needing to be delivered at a specific time, these deliveries are CHARGEABLE at only £5.00. Please ensure this option is selected at the checkout. If free, local delivery is selected your flowers will be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm to your requested location as the selected funeral time will be overruled as the specific funeral tribute delivery has not been selected and paid for accordingly.

We do not delivery funeral tributes out of area.

Click and Collect

You can place an order online and select to collect the order from our shop. When ordering please specify morning or afternoon collection.

 

SEVERE WEATHER WARNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

In the event of a severe weather warning announcement in the interest of staff safety deliveries might have to be rescheduled. Funeral and wedding deliveries are always our priority and may have to be delivered in advance of the arranged date. Floral giftware might have to be postponed. We will always contact via email or telephone to discuss these delivery changes with you should the occasion arise. Please ensure we have the correct contact telephone number to be able to do this.
